Welcome to ÉVRENNE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of evrennebeauty.com and any products, content, features or services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, “ÉVRENNE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store. “You” and “your” refer to anyone accessing the Services or purchasing from ÉVRENNE.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.
By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use our products, website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable laws, interfere with the security or operation of the Services, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and current.
We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law.
02 — Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, descriptions, photographs, features and specifications accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting and normal manufacturing variation.
Product information may be updated from time to time. We may modify or discontinue products or features where permitted by law.
ÉVRENNE does not guarantee that every product or variation displayed on the website will remain available.
Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences with beauty and wellness products may vary.
03 — Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to decline, limit or cancel an order, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product availability, misuse of promotional offers or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your purchase.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact care@evrennebeauty.com as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
04 — Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice, subject to applicable law.
Taxes, shipping charges or other applicable costs will be shown at checkout where required.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information when placing an order.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms.
05 — Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times displayed or communicated to you are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect delivery information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

06 — Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect orders and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because THE LIGHT MASK is a face-worn personal-care product, eligibility for change-of-mind returns may depend on the product remaining unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging, as explained in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
07 — GROUP GLOW & Promotional Offers
From time to time, ÉVRENNE may offer promotions, bundles, discounts or complimentary products.
Our GROUP GLOW offer may provide a complimentary third mask when the stated qualifying purchase requirements are satisfied.
Promotional offers:
- apply only during the period in which they are made available;
- may be subject to product availability;
- may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
- have no cash value unless required by law; and
- may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law.
For returns involving GROUP GLOW or another promotional bundle, refunds are calculated according to the amount actually paid and the conditions of the applicable promotion. A complimentary product does not have a separate refundable purchase value.
If a partial return causes the remaining purchase to no longer satisfy the original promotion requirements, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion actually applicable to the items retained, where permitted by law and as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
08 — Intellectual Property
The ÉVRENNE name, visual identity, website design, photographs, graphics, copy, logos and other original content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to ÉVRENNE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit or create derivative works from protected ÉVRENNE content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
09 — Reviews, Feedback & Submissions
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, photographs or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
We may use feedback and submissions as permitted by applicable law and any permissions presented to you when the content is submitted.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, infringing or malicious content.

Certain features of the Services may depend on third-party platforms, payment processors, carriers, applications or other providers.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws applicable to you.
I am deliberately keeping this section jurisdiction-neutral for now rather than inventing a state, legal entity or business address.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on this website with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
